Cancellation Period
You may request cancellation of a service order within 24 hours of purchase, provided work on your profile verification or resume writing has not commenced.
Refund Process
If an order cancellation request is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Services involving completed profile verification checks, background validation reports, or international broadcasts already dispatched are non-refundable.
